The Advisen Claims Satisfaction Survey is a hard-copy report, approximately 30 pages in length, examining how insureds and brokers view claims handling. The report is based on a survey conducted during the Fall of 2019 identifying what claims services customers value most, and provides a relative ranking of insurance companies when claims are judged by pay-out, service, speed, etc. New this year are feature interviews with brokers about their thoughts on the results.
